Nanotech - Smaller is Bigger is an educational touch screen application which informs learners of the basic principles and practical application of nanotechnology.
The application is structured in three sections:
Section 1 explains the principle of how nanotechnology can increase the surface area of matter.
In section 2 of the game, this principle is applied to a real-life scenario. Here, the user is challenged to adjust a cell phone battery using nanotechnology in the form of a mini game application.
Section 3 informs the user of careers in the field of nanotechnology, listing information on various applied areas of expertise.
Nanotech - Smaller is Bigger runs on Windows and Mac and can be customised for various platforms from iPads to multi-touch walls.
